I left school at 16 and having already worked in a dental surgery on a Saturday morning whilst I was at school, I got a full time job as a dental nurse

I personally joined the cleaning industry in March 2016 but it’s always been in the family, firstly with my dad and then with my brother who started USS in 1992.

Q4 IF YOU COULD VISIT ONE PLACE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD YOU GO AND WHY?
I’ve been lucky enough to travel a fair bit but there’s lots of places on my wishlist and probably top of that list is to visit the Taj Mahal in India. I remember doing a project on it in junior school and I’ve been fascinated with it ever since.

More staff recognition, the cleaning operatives are are an integral part of any business but sometimes go unnoticed.
Q6 IF AN INTERN WERE TO START TOMORROW, WHAT’S THE ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE THEM?
Remember the impact of high cleaning standards and always deliver your best in whatever you do

I’d travel more and buy my forever home with lots of land for all the dogs I would have
Q8 IF YOU COULD HOST A DINNER PARTY AND INVITE ANY THREE GUESTS, DEAD OR ALIVE, WHO WOULD YOU INVITE AND WHY?
I’d invite my dad who sadly passed away when I was 17 and my husband to be, it would be lovely for them to meet and Gordon Ramsey for the dining experience
