We have great pleasure to announce that in a recent audit carried out at a Central London 5* Hotel where USS are responsible for carrying out the Back of House and Front of House cleaning services, the hotel achieved an outstanding Quality Assurance Audit Result for 2017 of 99.10%
This was an improvement of over 5% from the last audit which took place in August of last year.
The Back of House Manager emailed today to say “A huge congratulations and Thanks to each USS team member involved in this wonderful success again for out Hilton hotel.”
