In March of this year, the annual Cleaning Show took place over three days at the ExCel, London and it had a much ‘greener’ feel to it this year with many exhibitors promoting their environmentally-friendly products and services.
The commercial cleaning sector as a whole is increasingly embracing green technology and chemicals and Unique Support Services is no different. We are always looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and provide a ‘green’ cleaning service to our clients without it having a negative impact on our services or our prices.
The industry has done outstanding work on green issues and in many cases here in the UK we are ahead of those in the US. As a country we could become global leaders within ‘green’ cleaning.
There is no doubt that 2019 is going to be a pivotal year for greener cleaning and that can only be good thing for not only the planet but for our customers and the industry and its employees too.
