Unique Support Services is proud to work in partnership with this years’ Catey Award Winning Hotel Hilton London Bankside providing back of house, front of house and window cleaning services.
We have been providing services to the hotel since it opened in October 2015 and the hotel continually scores above 97% in its annual quality assurance audits leading to a customer satisfaction score of 75% or above which surpasses the Hilton brand standard.
We would like to say a huge congratulations to all of the staff at the hotel and thank our own staff who helped to contribute towards this wonderful win especially in what has been an incredibly difficult year for everyone in the hospitality sector.
