The survey also revealed that 76% of people do not believe travelling by public transport is a hygienic way to travel, 58% do not believe schools are Covid-safe environments and 55% do not believe hospitality venues will have done enough when they reopen.
Serious action will need to be taken by businesses if they are to succeed in gaining back customer and employee confidence otherwise the financial ramifications could be even more detrimental than the past 12 months have already been.
