Following the announcement that the hospitality sector can reopen from the 4th July, the Government has released a 43 page guidance document which you can access here
The guidance gives advice on such things as managing risks, social distancing, cleaning and PPE.
The cleaning section starts on page 28 and talks about increasing the frequency of cleaning in between customer use and enhanced cleaning measures for busy areas. Additional cleaning and disinfection is also recommended.
