Waiting & Bar Staff

Our waiting and bar staff are experienced within the hospitality sector and can carry out tasks including taking food and drink orders, serving customers, taking payments, glass and plate collection and keeping the area clean to the high standards that Unique Support Services have built our reputation upon.

Porters

From carrying luggage, organising taxis and transportation to taking messages and assisting guests with their enquiries, our Porters have excellent communication skills and are all employed by Unique Support Services on a permanent basis ensuring reliability and commitment to our hotel and serviced apartment clients.

Kitchen Stewards

Our kitchen stewards ensure that your kitchen can run smoothly before, after and during service. Responsible for unloading deliveries, stock replenishment, collecting and watching utensils, basic food preparation, storing equipment and removing / recycling waste, it’s the role that every kitchen needs. In conjunction with our Back of House cleaners, the kitchen stewards will work to ensure that the kitchen is cleaned and disinfected in line with H&S standards.

Room Attendants

Whether you operate a small boutique hotel, a large 5* establishment or serviced apartments, room attendants are imperative to customer satisfaction and the success of your business. Unique Support Services can provide you with professional room attendants who are used to working to deadlines and maintaining a section of rooms. Duties that they would carry out include ensuring the security of guest rooms, ensuring the bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, making beds, refreshing towels and linens and replenishing amenities.
