Reach & Wash – safe, efficient, spotless

For windows up to 6–7 storeys high, our Reach & Wash system is often the perfect solution. Using extendable carbon fibre poles and 100% pure, deionised water, we can clean windows from the ground safely and effectively: cleaning up to 65ft from the ground, with no ladders, scaffolding or access equipment required, a streak-free finish with no need for chemicals, and minimal disruption to staff, clients or foot traffic.

Our custom vans are fully equipped with 600-litre water tanks, allowing our team to operate independently and efficiently – ideal for office parks, apartment blocks, healthcare centres and educational buildings.

High-rise window cleaning – safe access at any height

For taller buildings and those with more complex access needs, our high-rise window cleaning services cover every scenario – rope access, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) or building maintenance units (BMUs) – and our highly trained team is equipped to handle it.

Rope access (abseiling)

Perfect for tall buildings where BMUs or MEWPs aren’t practical. Our operatives use professional abseil equipment to descend safely and clean windows with precision, without the need for road closures or scaffolding.

MEWPs (cherry pickers & boom lifts)

Mobile Elevated Work Platforms are ideal for mid-rise buildings or where roof access isn’t possible. We provide IPAF-certified operators and ensure all equipment is thoroughly inspected and risk-assessed.

BMUs (building maintenance units)

For buildings with a built-in BMU, we can operate it safely and effectively. Our team is fully trained in BMU use and follows all site-specific safety protocols and manufacturer guidance.
